City Of Thessaloniki

Thessaloniki is known to be the second-largest city of Greece and the capital of the Central Macedonia. The city has many stories to tell, starting by the moment of its foundation in 316/315 B.C., the city was named after Thessaloniki, sister of Alexander the Great and daughter of Philip II, King of Macedonia. Its has rich cultural and culinary scene, also recommended as a top destination by Lonely Planet and New York Times. It is home town of three Universities and two research centers.
